Refund Policy

The following policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines governing refunds issued by AERTHALION for purchases made through aerthalion.pro.

1. Eligible Items

Refund eligibility applies to products and services purchased directly through aerthalion.pro and fulfilled by AERTHALION. To qualify, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Digital services must not have been fully consumed or completed at the time of the refund request.

AERTHALION reserves the right to assess returned items for condition and completeness prior to approval. Items showing visible signs of use, modification, or damage not caused by shipping may be deemed ineligible.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Customers may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery for physical goods, or from the date of service activation for digital or service-based offerings. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Once approved, refunds are processed within seven (7) business days. The time required for funds to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the financial institution and payment provider.

3. Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, customers must submit a written request via email to the official support address listed below. The request should include the order number, full name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for return.

Upon review, AERTHALION will provide return instructions, including shipping details where applicable. Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to prevent transit damage.

Refunds are issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. AERTHALION does not process cash refunds for electronic transactions.

4. Conditions and Inspection

All returned goods are subject to inspection. Approval is contingent upon verification that the item meets eligibility standards. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on the part of AERTHALION.

In cases of damaged or defective goods, customers must notify AERTHALION within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Failure to report within this window may limit available remedies.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following categories are not eligible for refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Completed consulting or advisory services
  • Downloadable digital content once accessed
  • Items returned beyond the fourteen-day window
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Promotional items marked as final sale are also excluded from refund eligibility.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged goods. If a replacement is approved, AERTHALION will provide instructions for return and shipment of the substitute product.
